General D-Mannose Description
D-Mannose is a naturally occurring sugar prevalent in many plants and foods.
It is highly effective against the most common UTI-causing gram-negative E. Coli bacteria.

D-Mannose is not metabolized like other sugars, so it has a minimal impact on blood sugar regulation.

How it Works
D-Mannose provides a preferred surface for the E. Coli bacteria to attach to, preventing them from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract and bladder.
The E. Coli bacteria are then removed from the body during urination.
