The phospholipids Phosphatidylcholine (PC), Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and Phosphatidylinositol (PI)are essential components of our cell membranes. They are critical for proper membrane structure and function as well as repair and maintenance of cellular health. Impairment of cell-membrane integrity, fluidity and/or repair mechanisms are associated with a number of disorders, including liver disease, neurological diseases, immune system impairment and cell death. Phospholipids have been shown in the scientific literature to specifically support the hepatobiliary, immune and neurological systems. The sunflower plant is rich in naturally occurring phospholipids, which is important because most phospholipid products on the market are extracted from GMO-soy.

This product can be mixed in any non-carbonated beverage, preferably taken at least 5 hours before bedtime.
